You’re greatness…yes I meant you are

I’m going to share a secret with you.

Something I’ve never said out loud to anyone before because, well, I didn’t want to be judged.

Ready?

Promise you won’t judge me?  Pinky swear?

Ok, I”m going to trust you… I, Libby, was meant for greatness.  There, I said it… lil’ ol’ me was meant for great things and have always known it.

I know, crazy!!!

But wait, I have another secret.

You might know this one though.  You may not know that you know, but OH do you ever know, see, you were meant for greatness too.  Even more crazy, right?  I know.  I thought so too when I found out.

That’s the funny thing about life, there isn’t another person out there who is like you and there isn’t a person out there who is greater than you.  On the outside it may seem as there are people who have opportunities that you will never have because they have resources that you don’t have, but internally we are all born on an even playing field. It’s called potential and it’s driven by passion and commitment and most importantly, an unwavering belief in all of the aforementioned.

As Winston Churchill said, “Responsibility is the price of greatness.”

Knowing that you have greatness within you means that there is work to do.

You have to strive each and every single day to focus and give 100% of you to that thing that you are passionate about.  You have to meet your fears head on and let them be your motivation rather than your obstacle.  Most of all you have to believe that there is nothing in this world that is impossible.
