I don’t cook very often, but I wish I were more motivated to do so because when I do get in the kitchen, what I make is of the healthy variety. One of my favorite meals, though it admittedly requires no cooking, is my Spinach and Goat Cheese Vinaigrette Salad creation:
Ingredients:
Baby Spinach
Dried Cranberries
Slivered Almonds
Fresh Tomatoes
Red Onions
Goat Cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Mix ingredients to taste
Viola!
Healthy, easy, quick, and most importantly, delish!
